After our first night in the Firelands, we noticed that there was a last minute change to the Shannox encounter which leaves most of the guides out there moot. This is the best guide I could find, and it seems to break the encounter down very well. Have a look!
You may have heard of WorldofLogs.com. It allows many of the top guilds to share and analyze their raid data. Someone recommended State of DPS, which takes the DPS information from World of Logs, and shows which classes and specs are doing the most damage overall. It also breaks the information down per fight. It provides a great look at which classes have the upper hand overall, and per fight. Take a look!
We finally had our first raid as a guild, and after weeks of gearing people up and running countless heroics together, our hard work paid off and we had two solid boss kills. When bosses start dying guild opportunities arise.
The guild leadership has already begun working on attendance and loot systems, all with our vision and goals in mind. If you haven't read the Vision/Goal Statement, I suggest you sign up for the forums and find the sticky.
Also, I have posted two screenshots in our multi-media gallery of the boss kills. I will make it a point to be a better photographer next time, but the boss kills screenshots are now up. Furthermore, we finally have a WoW Progress page. This happened because once we have any tier 11 content cleared, we begin to be tracked as a guild on the site. So be sure to check that out too!
